MY OWN FITNESS JOURNEY>>>

Hi, I'm Taylor! I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. I have been training people professionally for 5 + years. I was always an athlete in high school, but my Junior year I became terribly ill. I got to be very weak, underweight, and uncomfortable in my own body. After struggling with my disorder for a while, I invested in a trainer myself. I knew I needed something to help get me back to a stronger self. That is when fitness changed my life. I became stronger physically and mentally. I gained myself back. 

The way exercising and doing good for my body made me feel was invigorating. I finally felt confident in myself again. Now whenever I workout I feel empowered. I want to bring the same feeling of self worth and confidence to my clients. I want my clients to be able to balance their life between fitness and normal everyday life without feeling overwhelmed. Motivation, strength, and reaching goals comes from finding what works for you and that is my job as your coach! I have finally found something that works for me, and I want to do the same for you. I want to teach women the proper way to eat for their goals, train for their goals, and how to continue it for life without restricting themselves, overdoing it, or falling off track time and time again; always having to restart

I have learned that investing in yourself is one of the best things you can ever do, because you are worth it.
